(New York) - The Sri Lankan armed forces have repeatedly struck hospitals in the northern Vanni region
in indiscriminate artillery and aerial attacks, Human Rights Watch said today. Commanders
responsible for ordering or conducting such attacks may be prosecuted for war crimes.More
